Abstract
During the 2002 NCTE Annual Convention in November, editors Peggy Albers and Allen Koshewa spent time talking with Shelley Harwayne, founder of the Manhattan New School, who, since this interview, has been named one of ten new regional superintendents for New York City’s public school system.
